The pictures are of a couple of Christmas presents that I made for one of my DILs. She was a sweetheart and volunteered to let me take pictures. The teal one is a Magyar with color-blocked sleeves and an envelope collar. I just used the fabric flipped inside out for the color-blocking. The second one is the skirted tunic that she wanted after she saw another model's garment at the Novi style show. She likes her sleeves longer than standard (not a drafting issue!!). She has plans for clubbing with her sisters in the tunic and boots. Please excuse the wrinkles on the skirting, she had it crumpled a bit before the pictures.

It is really wonderful having her measurements on file. I could totally surprise her with the garments and they fit perfectly. I am thinking about some interesting other things to do for her - she is lots of fun to sew for.

Oh - the brown furry dog head is just one of my pups trying to help. He loves the camera!!
